Mercato – OM: Luis Henrique has given his agreement to Inter!
Inter Milan are interested in transferring Luis Henrique this summer, and have obtained the player’s agreement. The Italian club must now come to an agreement with OM on the cost of the deal.
With 9 goals and 8 assists, Luis Henrique is enjoying the best season of his career with Olympique de Marseille. However, for several weeks now, the Brazilian has been going through a more complicated period. These difficulties were illustrated by his huge miss in front of an empty net against Monaco (0-3) last weekend. However, the recent performances of the 23-year-old winger, who plays in a right-sided role with Roberto De Zerbi, have not put off Inter Milan. On Thursday, journalists Fabrizio Romano and Matteo Moretto reported that the Italian club is continuing to work on bringing in the Marseille man. Better still, they have already obtained the player’s agreement for a transfer this summer! Discussions between the two parties are continuing and now focus on the financial aspect of the future contract.
Inter negotiate with OM
At the same time, the Lombardy management have begun negotiations with OM. According to Fabrizio Romano, the difference between Inter’s position and that of Marseille is currently 10 million euros. It should be remembered that the Marseille club are asking around 30-35 million euros to sell the Brazilian, three years before the end of his contract. An amount that would enable the Olympiens to make a handsome capital gain on a player bought for 8 million euros in 2020. Marseille’s directors have no interest in rushing into this deal. Despite his declining form, Luis Henrique is on the radar of several foreign clubs. Bayern Munich, Arsenal, Manchester United, Newcastle and Aston Villa have all expressed an interest in the Brazilian. OM could take advantage of this competition to raise the stakes. For his part, the player has made up his mind: “he can’t wait to join Inter”, says Fabrizio Romano.
